What to expect after you write
A real person on the Canadian team reads every incoming message. Onboarding queries (KYC, deposits, broker linking) usually receive a reply within a few hours during office time. Technical questions about the workspace, signal definitions or risk presets may take slightly longer because we like to verify on a live account before answering. If your request is urgent, mention "URGENT" in the subject line and we will route it to the on-duty senior specialist.
